Kangana Ranaut Talks Whether She Is Prepared to Work With Swara Bhasker Again. This Is What She Has to Say

Kangana Ranaut Talks Whether She Is Prepared to Work With Swara Bhasker Again. This Is What She Has to Say.

Swara and Kangana have worked together in two films – Tanu Weds Manu in 2011 and Tanu Weds Manu Returns in 2015.

Kangana Ranaut referred to Swara Bhasker and Taapsee Pannu as “B-grade actresses” on Twitter in 2020, sparking a spat between the two.

Even though Kangana Ranaut and Swarana Bhasker have been at odds for more than five years, it appears that Ranaut is prepared to put her career before her personal life. Kangana has stated that she is amenable to collaborating with Swara once more, notwithstanding their personal disagreements.

Kangana on collaborating with Swara once more

Kangana discussed her conflict with Swara in an interview with Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube program.

She was questioned about her willingness to collaborate with those who hold different beliefs than she does. Kangana responded, “Obviously. What kind of inquiry is this? I have collaborated with a lot of actors from diverse ideological backgrounds. I am not in a position to judge someone’s character, so I can work with them even if I don’t like them. I am unable to judge them.

When questioned about the prospect of future collaboration, Kangana stated that she would be open to working with her Tanu Weds Manu co-star Swara once more.

“Of course we can work together,” she said. Her ideology was different back then as well. Oh, hamesha communism and socialism ko leke uske concepts set pe bhi chalte the (she would also discuss socialism and communism on set). Interviews have never led me to draw conclusions about an actor or anyone else. We don’t have this privilege; leftists do.

About the gap between Swara and Kangana

In 2011 and 2015, Swara and Kangana collaborated on the films Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. After Kangana referred to Swara and Taapsee Pannu as “B-grade actresses” on Twitter in 2020, a dispute broke out. As ‘outsiders’ in the film industry, Swara and Taapsee reject nepotism in Bollywood to appease filmmaker Karan Johar, but they still ‘don’t get employment,’ Kangana had stated in a 2021 interview. Swara had mockingly called Kangana’s tweet a “compliment” in response to her remark. A few months later, Swara told Kangana that she loved her during a Twitter exchange between the two.

When Kangana was smacked by a CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport last year, Swara responded. It was wrong, she argued, but it’s time to consider the nation’s larger problems.
